Tuvia Borok is Global Head of Policy and Documentation for the Global Markets Division of Goldman Sachs. He is also the firm wide sponsor for the Goldman Sachs Make Things Possible Pride Academy for LGBT+ talent. Tuvia is a LLM/MBA lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School, and in 2018, took up a leadership fellowship at Windsor Castle. Tuvia formerly headed the EMEA Structured Finance & Securitization legal team for Goldman Sachs.

Tuvia is co-founder & CEO of The P3 Network, a UK based not-for-profit that provides support, advocacy and role models for non-traditional and LGBT+ families. P3works with over 80 leading global businesses and government agencies. In 2020, Tuvia also became a strategic advisor to GROW Mentoring, supporting greater diversity in the legal profession. Tuvia is a regular speaker on authentic leadership and multi-faceted diversity, including a TEDxTalk on the subject in 2017.

Tuvia’s contributions to diversity and inclusion have been recognized with various awards in the UK. He has been recognized as Out & Proud Corporate Counsel of the Year by the LGBT Bar Association, granted a Points of Light Award from UK Prime Minister Theresa May, and recognized by theBritish LGBT+ Awards as one of top 10 in the category of Outstanding Contribution toLGBT+ Life. Tuvia was awarded LGBT+Lawyer of the Year by Chambers and Partners in their 2019 European Diversity Awards and featured in Forbes in 2020.

Outside of work, Tuvia is an avid Ironman triathlete and a proud single dad.
