Catherine runs her own company focused on thought leadership consultancy, events and training for the legal profession She specialises on the intersection between law and business, particularly in the role of the general counsel; the future of the legal profession and diversity and inclusion in law.
She frequently curates content, both written and live, focused at and about inside counsel. She is an experienced keynote speaker and moderator covering topics such as the future of the legal department; the changing role of in-house counsel; innovation and disruption in legal services; inclusion and diversity in the law; social mobility.
Catherine is also Editor-in Chief for the magazine of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (the not for profit promoting D&I in the US legal profession). She also undertakes other consulting projects with MCCA, including producing four major case studies on how to achieve culture change for inclusion.
Catherine is currently writing her first book on how big ideas in business are changing the ways corporate legal teams function.
