Johnattan Leon is a Senior Strategy Manager at Burberry, where he leads the definition of the brand’s long-term plan and strategic opportunities.
Previously, Johnattan was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, serving global apparel, fashion and luxury brands. While at McKinsey, he led the Firm’s LGBTQ MBA recruiting for the London Office and created McKinsey’s LGBTQ Leadership Award, a scholarship for university students driving positive change in the LGBTQ community.
Johnattan holds an a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from London Business School.
