Alison Camps

Pride in London

With a degree in French, Italian & Marketing, Alison joined customer consultancy Quadrangle as its first graduate trainee, becoming a Director in 1997 and Deputy Chairman in 2010. 

Alison’s roots are in strategy, but her skills cover both qualitative and quantitative insight methodologies. She has a specific interest in brand development, customer experience and proposition design and testing. 

She leads Quadrangle’s work in the Automotive, Diversity & Inclusion and Retail but is also very involved in our work in Financial Services and Sustainability. He clients include Jaguar Land Rover, John Lewis Partnership, Marks & Spencer, and Lloyds Banking Group.

Beyond Quadrangle, Alison volunteers as the Co-Chair of Pride in London, leading the team that delivers the UK's biggest, award-winning LGBTQ+ event, where her mission is to build a Pride in London that sets the standard for diversity and inclusion.

Alison has previously been a school governor and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
