Ticket sales: When you purchase a ticket to EUROUT, we ask for contact information including your name, email address, and phone number, as well as optional demographic information to help tailor your EUROUT experience.

The email address you provide for order processing will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order and relevant EUROUT events or organization updates.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
In limited circumstances we may share select information registrant information with event sponsors.
How can I access, update, correct or delete personal data?
You can request access to some of your Personal Data being stored by us. You can also ask us to correct, update or delete any inaccurate Personal Data that we process about them by emailing email@example.com.
We will retain your personal data for up to one year following the conference date. We use your information in order to share relevant updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
